A narrow, vertical work with a fragmented figure. The work reads like a substitute image, a stand-in or a trace of memory. The blue tonality opens an interval between present and memory, making the motif feel like a find from a private image archive. The work deliberately leaves room for ambiguity and shifts the boundary between motif, sign and inner image.
