A narrative scene with a satirical and nostalgic undertone. The title suggests a reading between fable, memory and social commentary. This creates a work between drawing, material and narrative, in which the burn mark itself becomes a pictorial expression. The composition invites slow contemplation, in which motif, material and atmosphere gradually become legible.
