A second variation on the theme of ruins. The horizontal composition opens a quiet space between landscape, architecture and the past. The blue tonality opens an interval between present and memory, making the motif feel like a find from a private image archive. The composition invites slow contemplation, in which motif, material and atmosphere gradually become legible.
