In Search of Atlantis

Ralph D. Woop

2015

A large-format, dreamlike seascape between myth, downfall and search. The cyanotype's blue tone heightens the sense of depth, water and memory. The blue tonality opens an interval between present and memory, making the motif feel like a find from a private image archive. Presented as a wall piece, the motif unfolds a quiet presence and fits the character of a digital museum space.
