A second Madonna variation with stronger fragmentation and material presence. The work works well as a serial counterpoint to Madonna I. The blue tonality opens an interval between present and memory, making the motif feel like a find from a private image archive. As an experimental work it opens a free space of interpretation between symbol, surface and personal association.
